Hacienda La Gavia

MEXICO

One of the most famous haciendas in Mexico; Hacienda La Gavia. The hacienda property consists of approximately 1,100 acres that have vast landscaped areas with extensive plantings, rivulets, man-made lakes, one of the finest private equestrian centers in Mexico and a small recreational golf course. The multiphased development plan for enhancing La Gavia includes a major ultra luxury branded resort, full-service spa, equestrian center, exclusive club, signature golf course designed by a marquis golf course designer and multi-phased residences.

Ostara

MALIBU, CALIFORNIA

Approximately 101 acres of undeveloped land situated immediately north of Malibu between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica mountains. Land currently zoned for residential uses, and Canyon is exploring the possibility of recreational and lodging use.
